Tend to agree, but not black/white as he was stopped...


If your forward progress is stopped, you can't just stick your arm out at the end to get the extra yard. More often than not, the ref is going to rule that a TD, but if you can't punch it in cleanly then you run the risk of leaving it to the refs discretion.
